Compression Therapy: Lymphatic Recovery

RegenRed

Heavy legs after a long run or a travel day are often a fluid problem. Compression moves that fluid with air, chamber by chamber, while you sit still.

Regenred’s Compression Therapy is a lymphatic recovery session. Pneumatic boots — or arm sleeves when the arms are the point — inflate in sequence. It is not cryo, not a massage table, and not a red-light bed.

The fit is checked before the first cycle. Pressure is set, not guessed once you are zipped in.

What the Session Is Built For

You recline. The garment does the work in a repeating wave from the far end of the limb toward the center. You rest until the program ends.

Boots That Squeeze in Sequence

Boots That Squeeze in Sequence

Segmented boots cover the feet and calves. Air moves in a wave instead of one constant squeeze.

Connected Before It Starts

Hoses seat fully and the size is checked. A loose boot is not a lighter session. It is a bad fit.

What the Visit Includes

A fitted boot or sleeve, a pump, and a timed cycle. Most visits are legs. Arms are a separate setup when that is what you came for.

Legs Up

Legs Up

Most sessions start with the legs elevated so the wave has an easier path. You stay reclined until the program finishes.

You Rest While It Runs

The pump cycles on its own. Phones can wait. Staff set the pressure before they leave you in the chair.

Arms When That Is the Brief

Arm sleeves are a different garment. We use them when the arms are the recovery problem, not as a default add-on.

From Fit to a Cadence

Compression is scheduled so a chair and a clean set of boots are actually free. Tell us about clots, recent surgery, and skin that cannot take pressure.

Screen the Limb First

Screen the Limb First

Clots, recent surgery, infection, and fragile skin are reasons to skip a cycle. We ask before the boots go on.

Boots are cleaned and sized between guests. Book the session so you are not waiting on a set.

Who Compression Is For

Contact Regenred: +714 330 6705

The session fits training weeks, long flights, and days when the legs feel swollen and heavy. It does not replace medical care for a clot or an infection.

Heavy Legs After Training

Runners and long days on your feet are the usual reason. The session follows the work. It does not replace it.

Then the Air Lets Go

When the cycle ends you stand slowly. There is no cabin to exit and no canopy to lift.

How to Book

Contact Regenred: +714 330 6705

Skip the boots if you have an active blood clot, an untreated infection in the limb, or a wound that should not be squeezed. Say so before we zip you in.

When the cycle ends, the air releases and you stand up slowly.
