Three minutes is the whole visit inside the cabin. The air is cold enough that gloves, socks, and a headband are part of the session, not optional extras.
Regenred’s Whole-Body Cryotherapy is a supervised stand in a cold-air cabin. Your head stays above the rim. Staff stay in the room. It is not an ice bath, and it is not the infrared sauna.
Optimize and Premier memberships include cryo. First-time guests are screened before anyone steps in.
What the Cabin Is Built For
Contact Regenred: +714 330 6705 · Sales@regenred.com
The cabin chills the surface of the body with very cold air for a short, timed hold. You stand. You do not swim, and you do not stay in until you decide you have had enough.
A Short, Very Cold Stand
You stand in the cabin with your head clear of the cold. The session is measured in minutes, not in how long you can tolerate it.
Cold Air, Not Ice Water
Vapor at the base is the cold air you are standing in. There is no tub and no soak.
What the Visit Includes
Contact Regenred: +714 330 6705 · Sales@regenred.com
Dry skin, covered hands and feet, a three-minute clock, and a warm-up afterward. Jewelry and wet skin stay out.
Cover What the Cold Hits First
Socks, gloves, and a headband go on before the door closes. Dry skin only. Lotion waits until after.
Head Above the Rim
You can talk to staff the whole time. If you feel wrong, you step out. Finishing early is allowed.
Three Minutes on a Clock
A clinician watches the time. The cabin is not a room you linger in once the session is done.
From First Stand to a Habit
Contact Regenred: +714 330 6705 · Sales@regenred.com
Cryo is booked so the cabin is free and someone is watching the clock. A series only makes sense if the sessions are actually on your week.
Cold Is Not for Everyone
Circulation problems, pregnancy, and a bad reaction to cold pause the cabin. We ask before the first session.
Included With Membership
Optimize and Premier include cryo. Book a slot so the cabin and a staff member are both free.
Who the Cabin Is For
Contact Regenred: +714 330 6705 · Sales@regenred.com
The cabin fits people who want a short cold shock after training. It is the wrong room if cold triggers a medical problem.
After Hard Training
Use it once the workout is finished, not instead of sleep, food, or a real warm-up the next day.
Then You Warm Up
A robe and a few quiet minutes are part of leaving. The sauna is a different room if you want heat afterward.
How to Book
Contact Regenred: +714 330 6705 · Sales@regenred.com
Tell us about Raynaud’s, cold urticaria, uncontrolled blood pressure, pregnancy, and open wounds before the first session.
Step out when the time ends, then warm up on purpose. Do not jump straight into a hot car if you still feel unsteady.
Ask for Whole-Body Cryotherapy when you schedule.
